Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Currently, shipping times may be longer given increased package volumes due to Covid-19 with Canada Post and USPS.
Shipping options and rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Thresholds and Discounts
Free shipping on Canadian orders over $150.
Please inquire by email about shipping discounts for orders to the United States and international addresses.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our stores in Old Montreal. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Please have your order confirmation email and identification with you when you come.
We offer international shipping by invoice. Please select the "no shipping" option at checkout.
Please be advised that duties may apply with any shipment to American or international destinations.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Boutique Lotus is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 9 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Packages can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please be advised we do not currently ship to p.o boxes.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Items can only be returned for exchange except in cases where the article is defective or damaged in shipping.
In these cases, the full order amount may be exchanged or refunded minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Returns are addressed on a case-by-case basis and we will work towards a satisfactory solution.
